Yamada® FDA compliant pumps are specifically designed for Food, Pharmaceutical, & Cosmetic Industries where 3A or USDA standards are not required. Pumps include 316 Stainless Steel wetted components with Passivated Satin Finish, PTFE-Coated or Polypropylene Air Motor*, Sanitary Clamp Fittings, and FDA compliant elastomers: Hytrel®, EPDM and PTFE. Port Size Eight sizes available from 3/4" to 4" ports Port Type Tri-clamp Sanitary Connections Flow Ranges From 1 to 215 gallons per minute Air Pressure From 20 to 100 PSI Finish 20RA interior mechanical polish available on some models Applications:
Yamada® NDP-50 series Air Powered Double Diaphragm (AODD) pumps provide a maximum flow rate of 166 gallons per minute. Pumps are available in aluminum, stainless steel (316), cast iron, polypropylene, and Kynar construction, with a wide variety of diaphragm materials.
